  I wanted to let you know how much our family appreciated all that you did for us, and the caring and compassion you have shown to us prior to, during and following Dad's funeral. Your attention to detail is impeccable. We all felt very well taken care of, and you set it up so beautifully for our guests. Thank you for going out of your way to repair the glass on the one picture and for driving to retrieve the Father ribbon on the casket spray for me. Those acts of kindness meant so much. I would certainly recommend you to anyone! We wish you all the best. Also, thank you for making Dad look so good. You are very good at your craft.

  My family was very pleased with the services that we received and wanted to let you know that your staff did a wonderful job making suggestions and organizing the services. She seamlessly took over for the services and was outstanding at the funeral. We greatly appreciated that Paul was able to help with the service, as he was very close to us throughout the years. This was very meaningful to all. We really like that all eight children were able to be at the service and assist with different duties. This made things more meaningful and allowed our family to grieve. We hope more families realize the importance of having a service and participating in the preparations. I also wanted you to know that I am making arrangements to pre plan my services to match my loved ones. We appreciate the information with the next steps of my arrangements.
